Todootz is a do-list manager.
But it's more than just for do-lists. Conceptually, Todootz began as a way to keep track of Christmas shopping insanity, giving me an easy way of cross-referencing multiple gift lists at any time. For example, three people want books, but it's hard to know that when I'm at the bookstore. But when I filter on the "bookstore" tag, I know exactly what I need.
Todootz's magic lies in tags. By tagging items, you can easily view items in any context. And by adding multiple tags to an item, that item can now live in any context.
Stepping beyond the original idea of gift lists, Todootz is useful as a general GTD-flavored do-list manager and even as a project planner.
